Who says a resume can't be emotional?

Globalization and widespread standardization have made it possible for all the curriculums in the world are the same, almost cloned. We are surrounded by websites, Consultants, regulations that tell how a resume should be drafted. It's funny., almost all agree on everything. Dates in order from newest to oldest, without excessive personal data, drafted in 3rd person...

The big conclusion is that today, a resume is something frankly Boring, Cold E Impersonal. And the question is, are we sure that's how they want to see us?.

Let me propose another way to do. For starters, Why not on video?. Let's be honest, on paper I don't know what you're like, what a voice ringer you have, What a face you have...

More stuff, Why not a resume with a little history? A kind of story. I don't know about you., but I'm very interested to know why someone decides for one race or another, one profession or another. What's the trigger?. That says a lot about people. So get exclusive curriculum, Unique, Personal.

For sample, a button. There I leave my trigger:

I decided on advertising to 14 Years. So Paco, a guy dressed as a hippy with a superbike often came home to find his girlfriend - my Aunt Elena-. It was the year 1975, and that extreme look, the bike, the blonde, glamour... caught my eye powerfully. It was against everything established, broke the codes of the time, was a transgressor. I asked my aunt what her boyfriend was working on.. "Make announcements", said "works at an advertising agency.. Two years, when I complied 16, I did my first internship at the agency that Paco was Creative Director of. I am now advertising, and since then I've always worked in the communication environment. You may wonder what happened to Paco.. Another day I'll tell you. (I swear).

    • Ha, Ha, I'm sure it is., in some other environment they would hallucinate. In fact, and taking things to their right place, I just claim a few strokes of creativity and a more personalistic touch in the treatment of the CV, the work ID.
